RPS Prez Rajasekhar Reddy To Join TDP?:- Founder and President of Rayalaseema Parirakshana Samithi (RPS) Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy has announced that he would soon join TDP. It was Reddy who started the party for separate statehood for Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.

Reddy is a former TDP leader in Kurnool district, who later floated his own political party. He had been fighting for the special rights of Rayalaseema people and has been demanding for it.

It looks like Reddy seems to have convinced that the people of Rayalaseema are with TDP and hence he has decided to merge his party into the ruling party.

Apparently, the decision of Reddy was even welcomed by TDP senior leaders, who have given the approval for Byreddy’s entry back into the party. Currently, the issue is held with TDP Chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, who will take a final call.

Byreddy’s decision to join TDP, was also confirmed by TDP’s Spokesperson, Babu Rajendra Prasad.

An official announcement is expected soon.
