TDP Tops Nandyal Show: YSRCP Shattered:- The Nandyal by polls have been the talk of the Telugu speaking states ever since the Election Commission issued notification of the by polls after the sudden demise of Bhuma Nagi Reddy. TDP wanted to gain back the hold and the top league leaders along with the ministers campaigned for Bhuma Brahmnananda Reddy who stood for the elections for the first time. YSRCP too had special plans for the election and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy tried his luck in all the available ways.
Both TDP and YSRCP have been completely confident on the result and D day arrived today. TDP showed its complete dominance right from the start. TDP dominated in all the 19 rounds and TDP candidate Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy won Nandyal by polls with a huge majority of 27496 votes against Silpa Mohan Reddy who was the YSRCP candidate. TDP activists started their celebrations right in the morning after TDP showed complete dominance right from the first round. TDP showed clear majority in all the 19 rounds, which made Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy end up with a majority of 17496 votes.

Bhuma Brahmananda Reddy managed to get 97106 votes while Silpa Mohan Reddy got 69640 votes. Congress candidate managed to cross 1000 votes. TDP has been extremely delighted with the victory and will be completely charged for the 2019 elections. AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu expressed his happiness on the Nandyal by poll victory. Minister Nara Lokesh thanked the people of Nandyal for keeping a firm belief in TDP.
