Veteran Filmmaker’s Funeral At His Farm House:- The funeral rites of Tollywood town’s veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao has taken place at his farm house in the evening near Chevella, Moinabad.
His final journey started with the police official parade from his house in Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad to Film Chamber hall, for people to pay their last respects to the filmmaker. Thousands of people from the film fraternity and the political leaders joined his final journey and paid their tributes to him.
The arrangements are being made for the funeral. It is known that Dasari Narayana Rao’s wife Padma, who dies a couple of years ago too had been cremated at the farm house, and now his cremation too will take place beside her grave.
The Police officials have taken over the site, with the Telangana government ensuring that Dasari Narayana Rao get a funeral with full honors. Many celebrities inlcuding Kodi Ramakrishna, Balasubramanyam and Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao have arrived for the funeral.
