AP Government Receives Big Time Shock From Central Union

The BJP led Central Government has shocked Andhra Pradesh big time.

The Union Government has decided to hand over the Coal Mines, found in West Godavari and Krishna to Telangana owned, Singareni Collieries.

But, Andhra Pradesh Government has requested the Government to provide those mines to Andhra Pradesh Mining Development Corporation (APDMC).

Opposing to it, Mining Minister, Piyush Goyal, made an announcement  in the Parliament.

“After discussions with all the stakeholders, the proposal of APMDC is rejected,” said the Mining Minister.

“AP will get coal supplies from Union Government’s own reserves,” he further added.

Coal Mining will have a huge impact on the environment and local people living there.

Andhra Pradesh people undergoing all that in the interests of Telangana owned Company, cannot be approved. This may lead to a big controversy going further.

The Singareni Collieries Company Limited or SCCL is a government-owned coal mining company in India.
