If you cook a curry, its completion time can be estimated, if you watch a movie on TV, time can be estimated, in that sense most of such works can be estimated. But, basing the traffic in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, while traveling on the roads, if you estimate a particular destination time, and by chance, if you reached your destination at that time itself, take it for granted, that you are blessed. If you reach much quicker than your estimation, you are over blessed, but if you did not reach on time, then you might be the true citizen of twin cities. In fact, there would be more fellow human beings like you, so no need to worry at all.

In spite of having these many traffic difficulties, the public is anyway managing to adjust to the situations. But, now the Telangana government has announced traffic restrictions on Tank bund to clean the sewage water.

So the people who travel on these roads, had to face much more difficulty as the traffic gets diverted to other routes. Few of the diversion routes, are almost doubling the journey time.

But, as the reason behind this diversion is for a good cause, hope the public understand and cooperate with the government's decision and adjust for just 10 days, that is from 22 May to 31 May. 

Also, lets hope that, the offices and educational institutions understand the problems of their employees and students, who come regularly through Tank bund and also finally hope from the behalf of all offices and educational institutions, that no employee or student lie that they shifted their houses to the Tank bund route recently.
