BJP state president Mr G. Kishan reddy said today that his party would soon launch the Jai Andhra agitation from the Seema Andhra area.
Addressing media persons in Hyderabad, Kishan reddy said that Seema Andhra people are not against the division of the state. “They are only worried about their safety in Hyderabad once the state is divided,” he said adding that the BJP would provide all sorts of security to the Seema Andhra people in Telangana.
“All of us should take upon us the responsibility of removing their feelings of insecurity from their minds and we will work towards this,” he said.
Asked when the BJP would launch Jai Andhra agitation, he refused to give a particular date but said things were being worked out in this regard and the agitation would start soon.
