Telangana political JAC chairman professor Kodanda Ram today alleged that all Telangana MLAs are in the grip of Seema Andhra leaders and are conspiring with them for personal gains. Participating in the dharna at the Mahaboobnagar Collectorate, he said all MLAs of the Telangana area are divided and showing no signs of unity among them.

“Because of the disunity among them, they are not being taken very seriously by the Central government. For this reason only, the central government is also negligent towards creation of Telangana state,” he said. “Because of this negligence, students are resorting to suicides.”

He said that Sankranthi festival is not a good festival for Telangana people and disclosed that the agitation for Telangana would be intensified from January16 onwards after the festival. “After the festival, we will intensify the agitation with daily undertaking of Rasta Roko and dharna programmes,” he said, adding the agitation will continue till the aim of Telangana is achieved.
