BRS Manifesto: A Cheaper LPG & Bundle Of Welfare Schemes:- As the election is heading, ruling party BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao released the BRS manifesto on Sunday. He has added many welfare schemes to his manifesto followed by Rs 400/- per LPG cylinders. BRS has a promised manifesto for the upcoming Telangana elections.
KCR promised life insurance cover of Rs 5 L for 93 Lakh families, who are living below the poverty line (BPL). He said that the government is going to bear the minimum cost of the premium.
KCR also promised to raise the social security pension to Rs 5000/- per month gradually over the next five years, which is currently Rs 2016/-. First years will have a raise to Rs 3016/- immediately after BRS returns to power.

Divyang pension (Pension for disabled persons) will also be raised to Rs 6016/- from Rs 4016/-.
KCR also promised a gradual increase of the Rythu Bandhu scheme amount to farmers to Rs 16,000/- per annum from Rs 10,000/- in the next five years.
Gas cylinder price deduction might turn into a game changer. He promised an LPG cylinder for Rs 400/- for eligible beneficiaries.
KCR is confident of coming back into power for the third term. He said that all his promises would be implemented in six to seven months after returning to power. Before releasing the manifesto, he cleared that 90 per cent of the welfare schemes in his previous manifesto had been implemented.
