Modi inaugurates 8000 Cr worth of development projects in Telangana:- On Tuesday Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Nizamabad in Telangana and addressed a huge public gathering. As part of this occasion, he laid the foundation stone of many development projects worth around Rs 8000 Cr. The projects include power, transport and health sectors of the state.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission, Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone for 20 Critical Care Blocks (CCBs). These CCBs will be built in the districts of Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Jogulamba Gadwal, Hyderabad, Khammam, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Mahabubnagar (Badepally), Mulugu, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Narayanpet, Nirmal, Rajanna Sircilla, RangaReddy (Maheshwaram), Suryapet, Peddapalli, Vikarabad and Warangal (Narsampet).

Narendra Modi also started an 800 MW thermal unit under the Telangana Thermal power project phase 1 of NTPC. This unit will help the state to provide low-cost power and will boost the economic development of the state. This project is going to be one of the most environmentally compliant power stations in the country.
Besides this Narendra Modi also inaugurated national rail projects connecting the new railway line of Manoharabad and Siddipet, and an electrification project on the rail routes between Mahbubnagar – Kurnool and Dharmabad-Manorabad.
Narendra Modi participated virtually in all the inaugurations and said that the state will depend upon its own self-reliance of electricity production, once the electric project is completed. Modi also dedicated the Hassan-Cherlapalli LPG gas line, which is LPG transformation in an eco-friendly and cost-effective manner.
