IT notice To Chandrababu Naidu For Disclosed Funds:- Telugu Desam Party supreme leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu gets show cause notice from the income tax departments against his undisclosed income worth Rs 118 cr amount received from infrastructure firms.

Under section 153 C the proceedings were in progress against ChandraBabu. The IT department claims that they have evidence of unaccounted income generated by CBN through bogus sub-contracts. IT departments after conducting searches in the premises of Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited in December 2017 and also in the premises of Pardasany’s associates in November 2019 took up the inquiry, both companies were tendering for Andhra Pradesh.

Pardasany has been admitted for bogus contacts and work orders. IT officials have seized many chats, Excel sheets and incriminating messages from him and his associates. They also got evidence of how these firms have generated cash in the name of major infrastructure firms that have delivered cash to Chandrababu Naidu secretly.

IT department notice mentioned that the AP government siphoned off funds to Pardasany on November 1st and 5th in 2019 for allocated projects to SPCL by the Andhra Pradesh government even without doing the work. They mentioned that Rs 118.98 Cr in between 2020-21 was siphoned allegedly to Pardasany to pay Naidu. IT questioned why that amount had not been disclosed.
