High Court's Directions for AP Government:- The high courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have asked the Andhra Pradesh government to stop searches at Margadarsi offices. This is a big relief to Margadarsi chairperson Cherukuri Ramoji Rao. The court also asked AP CID about their press conferences and giving details to the media about the financial activities of Margadarsi.
The High Court asked the officials to use 46-A if they wanted to conduct raids on the Margadarsi offices rather than going directly. The court has directed the officials not to disturb the Margadarsi day activities during their working hours. The courts also asked the government not to create any sort of panic in the investors (public) about the future of Margadarsi.
Margadarsi council also informed the High Court that the government is delaying in filing arguments before the court. The court also asked the AP government state council to file the counter-arguments at the earliest and next adjournment is posted to September 12th. Before that AP government should be ready with the counter or else the reason for their delay. In any way, that is going to help Margadarsi.
AP government is against the Margadarsi and fighting against the financial irregularities done in the name of the chit fund.
