Avinash Reddy's Bail Petition Adjourned to June 5th:- Telangana High Court Chief Justice K Surender has adjourned the hearing of YS Avinash Reddy’s anticipatory bail petition to June 5th related to the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy. The Judge has been hearing the bail plea for the past three days and there was a session yesterday afternoon post lunch. By the end Judge cleared said, Let us take up the petition after summer vacation, that is on June 5th.
The Court also rejected the plea of counsel of directing the registry to the Vacation bench. High Court vacation starts from May 1st. Avinash Reddy’s counsel wanted interim protection from the court from his arrest. Judge also reminded that the Supreme Court itself has not granted any sort of relief to Avinash Reddy. CBI asked the court, whether they can continue their questioning and where Court again pointed Supreme Court’s direction that they can go ahead with their duties and no court can interfere.
