SC Orders CBI not to Arrest Avinash Reddy till 24th:- Aggrieved with the Telangana High Court orders of not arresting YS Avinash Reddy till the 24th of this month, SC showered his anger on TS high court for protecting the MP. Vivekananda Reddy's daughter YS Sunitha has approached the apex court for protecting Avinhas Reddy. The chief justice of India DY Chandrachud and Justice PS Narasimha expressed their disapproval over Telangana high court orders. SC stayed orders and all proceedings passed by the Telangana High Court.

However, Supreme Court ordered CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy till the 25th of April. Court asked Reddy to appear before CBI every day till 25th.

Avinash Reddy’s counsel Ranjith Kumar said to SC that his client is currently in CBI office and will be arrested immediately if they restrain HC’s order. Apex bench has stayed the HC’s order but asked the central beau not to arrest Avinash till 25th. Ranjith Kumar also said that they did not receive any copy of the plea filed by YS Sunitha.

CBI arrested YS Bhaskar Reddy, father of Avinash Reddy in a conspiracy of killing YS Vivekananda Reddy. CBI continued questioning Bhaskar Reddy and Uday for the third day. They were brought from Chanchalguda jail to the CBI office for investigation. While Avinash has left the CBI office today as CBI has completed their questions for the third consecutive day.
