Hyderabad Police Registers Complaints Against Malla Reddy:- Telangana Minister Malla Reddy has been under scanner and 50 teams of the Income Tax officials conducted raids on the residences, properties and the houses of their relatives. Two complaints are registered in Bowenpally police station in Hyderabad against Malla Reddy and the Income Tax officials involved in the raids. One more complaint was registered by Bhadra Reddy, the son of Malla Reddy on the IT officials for forcing him to sign the documents. "Two complaints have been received at Bowenpally police station. The I-T official also alleged that he was verbally abused. Bowenpally police are in the process of getting a legal opinion, registering an FIR and transferring it to Dundigal Police station, since it falls under that jurisdiction" told the Deputy Commissioner of Police in North Zone.
Malla Reddy alleged that the Income Tax officials took signatures without showing the seized materials. Malla Reddy said that he would initiate legal action against them and he said that his family members were targeted and harassed. Malla Reddy interacted with the press and said that more than 400 CRPF personnel have been deployed. He demanded the IT officials to show all the seized documents and mobile phones. The raids continued for the third day in his residence and the raids are completed in the residences of his close relatives in Hyderabad. Malla Reddy's elder son was taken to a hospital after he complained of chest pain and he is in recovery mode.
