KCR Announces Rs 1000 Cr Relief Fund For Bhadrachalam:- The recent rains in Telangana wiped out the low-lying regions of the state. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) conducted an areal survey on Sunday. KCR visited Bhadrachalam by road and he conducted an areal survey around the region. KCR announced that the government will sanction Rs 1000 crores to end up the inundation of the Bhadrachalam and Pinapaka Assembly region. KCR announced that the bund on Bhadrachalam will be widened, heightened and increased. The submerging regions of Bhadrachalam and Pinapaka assembly segments should be considered.

Several irrigation experts along with the water commission engineers and professionals from IIT will be involved in the program and they would track the flood records along with the rains. The budget will be allocated and spent so that Bhadrachalam will turn flood free in the future. KCR announced that new houses will be built for the people living in low-lying regions. The Singareni Collieries will also be a part of the project. Higher grounds will be located and the government will construct houses for all these families. KCR also said that there are clues on a conspiracy of cloudburst in Telangana. He said that there are conspiracy theories.
