The process of demolitions has been taking place and the government claims that they are illegal. The compound wall of TDP leader Ayyanna Patrudu's residence has been demolished yesterday. The Municipal officials revealed that Ayyanna Patrudu built compound wall in the public land. TDP slammed YSRCP calling them cheap politics. TDP called up for Chalo Narsipatnam and started protests against the attacks. Ayyanna Patrudu staged a protest today against the demolition of hi compound wall. The TDP leaders are kept under house arrest before they stepped out to stall the protests.

Several TDP leaders of Anakapalli district have been arrested. All the vehicles heading to Narsipatnam are thoroughly checked by the cops and barricades are arranged. All the TDP leaders and supporters entering the district are blocked. Tanuku MLA Arimilli Radhakrishna along with other leaders from West Godavari are arrested. Several TDP leaders from Vizianagaram and Srikakulam are kept under house arrest and are restricted. Ayyanna Patrudu's son Vijay too staged a protest against the demolition. Ayyanna Patrudu called for Chalo Narsipatam and tight security has been imposed in the town. The government said that there is no permission granted for any protests.

Home Minister Taneti Vanitha responded about the incident and called the construction illegal. She asked Ayyanna Patrudu to reveal the facts to the world.
