MIM Legislator's son held in Hyderabad gangrape case:- The recent gang rape of Hyderabad created a sensation and it took a political turn after there are speculations that an MLA's minor son was involved in the crime. The government of Telangana was targeted by the opposition parties. Telangana IT Minister KTR announced that the investigation will not have any political pressure. As per the latest development, the minor son of MIM MLA was named and he was arrested in the case. Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand confirmed the arrest of MIM Legislator. An adult and five minors are in the police custody. Sadddudin Malik along with the four minors were booked for the kidnap and rape case under POCSO Act.

CV Anand briefed the media about the investigation and about the party that took place on May 28th. The victim was 17-year-old and she paid Rs 1300 for the entry at Amnesia pub. BJP MLA M Raghunandan Rao who made comments about the investigation and the Telangana government was booked by the Abids police. A complaint was lodged on June 4th after Raghunandan Rao arranged a press meet and showed the videos and photographs of the minor victim. He also announced that the son of a MLA was involved in the gangrape. The accused followed the victim and they took her in a car. All the accused are taken into custody and the investigation is going on.
