Telangana High Court Grants Bail For Bandi Sanjay:- Telangana BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay was taken into custody and a court in Karimnagar ordered 14 days remand. He challenged the decision in the High Court and the Telangana's top court granted bail for Bandi Sanjay. The remand order that was passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Karimnagar hit a technical hurdle today in the High Court. Bandi Sanjay was arrested from his camp office in Karimnagar after he attacked the cops. Bandi Sanjay also violated the rules of the Disaster Management (DM). After a heated-up argument, Bandi Sanjay was arrested and he was produced before the court.

Bandi Sanjay was granted bail on Rs 40,000 personal bond and his lawyer argued against the remand report. His lawyer argued that fake cases are filed against Bandi Sanjay. The High Court said that there is no need for the court to grant remand for ignoring the coronavirus guidelines and the High Court granted bail for Bandi Sanjay. The court also questioned about the FIR that was filed in just 15 minutes after his arrest. The High Court also questioned about Section 333 which was added and warned the cops for their action. The High Court also issued notices to the Telangana government and the next hearing in this case is postponed to January 7th.
