KCR In Delhi: No Talks With Centre:- Telangana Chief Minister KCR announced protest against the Centre over the procurement of paddy from the state during the rabi season. KCR participated in the Mahadharna which took place in Hyderabad recently. He announced that he would protest in the national capital if the Centre fails to respond about the same. KCR is on his Delhi tour since Sunday and he will continue his tour today in New Delhi. He has been waiting for the appointments of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekawat and Piyush Goyal, the Union Food Minister. He wants to raise his voice over the paddy procurement issue before the leaders.
It is heard that Narendra Modi and Amit Shah are unable to meet KCR because of their busy schedules. Piyush Goyal granted an appointment for KCR. KTR, Gangula Kamalakar Reddy and S Niranjan Reddy are present for the meeting. KCR and his team discussed after Centre refused to procure parboiled rice from the state which is produced during rabi. Piyush Goyal earlier promised to discuss about the issue with the ministry and other officials of the Food Corporation of India. The final decision was planned to take place on November 26th. KCR also visited his wife Shobha who is undergoing treatment in AIIMS. KTR accompanied her in Delhi.
