Supreme Court Orders to Demolish Twin Towers in Noida:- The Supreme Court has a major shock for the Supertech Emerald Court Twin Towers which has 1000 flats. The top court asked Supertech to demolish the twin towers within three months after the orders are issued today. The top court also asked the real estate firm to bear the expenses of the demolishment. The Supreme Court also asked Supertech to repay the entire amount for the flat owners along with an interest of 12 percent. The process of demolition will be overlooked by the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) to ensure that the process will happen on a safe note. The twin towers are constructed by violating the rules and it was revealed through the investigation.

More than 1000 families are residing in these twin towers (40 floors) that is located in Noida. The Supreme Court took a call as per the upheld decision of Allahabad High Court in April 2014. Supertech decided to file a review petition against the order of the Supreme Court. Justices DY Chandrachud and MR Shah announced the verdict. The investigation told that the twin towers are achieved by collusion and unholy nexus. All the flat owners will have to receive the refund in two months told Supreme Court. The top court also slammed the authorities and officials for the unauthorized construction as they are demolishing the environment.
