The Second Wave of Coronavirus in India is yet to Calm Down:- The second wave of coronavirus calmed down in most of the countries and some of them are preparing for the third wave. Experts predict that the third wave will hit the country at the end of August or in September. But comparing the daily cases, the second wave of coronavirus is yet to calm down. The daily reported tally is always around 40,000 cases which is huge and alarming. Reporting close to 40,000 new cases on a regular basis is to be considered on a serious note. India reported 42,625 new cases of coronavirus and the total tally reached 3,17,69,132. 562 new deaths are reported in the country and the total death tally reached 4,25,757.

The active cases are increasing again and there are 4,04,958 active cases in the country for now. This comprises 1.29 percent of the total infections. and the recovery rate is at 97.37 percent. The daily positivity rate stands at 2.31 percent and the weekly positivity rate is 2.36 percent. The pandemic is raging in the country and eight states of the country have seen the rise of cases again. As per the Union Health Ministry, 44 districts of the country have reported a high number of new cases. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested for coronavirus on August 3rd are said to be 18,47,518 and the samples that are tested in India in total are 47,31,42,307.
