KCR's Dalita Bandhu to start in Huzurabad:- Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) announced Dalita Bandhu some time ago which is the Dalit Empowerment Scheme which is on the lines of Rythu Bandhu for farmers. As per the update, KCR will start Dalita Bandhu from Huzurabad before the bypoll in the constituency. It will be launched on a pilot basis across the state. A total number of 21,000 families will get benefited through Dalita Bandhu scheme in Huzurabad constituency. The government will credit Rs 10 lakhs directly into the accounts of the dalits directly. Telangana cabinet took the call during a meeting held some time ago. The decision was taken yesterday and KCR decided to start the Dalita Bandhu scheme from Huzurabad.

KCR himself will announce the date and schedule of Dalita Bandhu in Huzurabad very soon. KCR launched Simhagarjana and Rythu Bandhu from Karimagar districts and Huzurabad falls under old Karimnagar district. The bypoll is taken prestigiously after the state's ex Health Minister Etala Rajendar was sacked from his position and he joined BJP. Etala Rajendar also made strong allegations on KCR and TRS in the recent weeks. Several top BJP leaders are expected to campaign in the bypoll and Etala Rajendar's wife Etala Jamuna is expected to contest in the bypoll from BJP. KCR and TRS are expected to announce their candidate soon.
