Telangana government in plans to lift the Lockdown:- The new cases of coronavirus saw a steep decline in most of the states of the country. Several state governments imposed relaxations as things have to return back to normal soon. The government of Telangana imposed relaxations from 6 AM to 5 PM along with an hour grace period for the people to return back to their homes. The deadline for these restrictions are said to end by 19th of this month. The state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) will meet in Pragathi Bhavan to discuss about the steps to be taken after the 19th of this month. There are talks that the Telangana government is in plans to lift the entire lockdown as the coronavirus in the state is under control.

The daily tally of cases reported is close to 1500 which is minimal when compared to the other states. The Health Department of Telangana already submitted a report to the Chief Minister's office about the situation in the state. KCR also collected the feedback from the officials and the district Collectors of various districts in Telangana. KCR will also participate in various development activities in the state starting from the 20th of June. The Centre also announced about the free vaccination drive in all the states and to speed up the vaccination process, the government of Telangana is in plans to lift the entire lockdown. There are also talks that the government of Telangana government may continue the night curfew from 9 PM to 6 AM till the end of this month. A clarity on this is expected this week.
