94,052 new coronavirus cases reported in the country:- A total number of 94,052 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours and the new cases saw a decline. The total tally of coronavirus cases in India reached 2,91,83,121. With 1,51,367 new discharges in the last 24 hours, the total number of discharges in India stands at 2,76,55,493. The death toll increased badly in the last 24 hours and 6148 new deaths are reported in the country. The total death count in India stands at 3,59,676 and there are 11,67,952 active cases for coronavirus in India reported as of today. The total vaccinations that took place in India are said to be 23,90,58,360.

The Centre announced that there are 1.33 crore doses of coronavirus vaccination available in the states. The new deaths increased in Bihar because of which the death toll of the country increased badly. The Centre changed the vaccine procurement policy and the Centre is in plans to negotiate with the Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute of India about the revised prices. The Centre will provide the vaccine doses for the states for free of cost starting from June 21st as per the announcement made by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested for coronavirus in India in the last 24 hours are said to be 20,04,690 and the samples tested in total are said to be 37,21,98,253.
