High Court slams AP Government in Chandrababu Naidu's Case

High Court slams AP Government in Chandrababu Naidu's Case:- TDP Chief and Andhra Pradesh ex-Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was served notices in Amaravati land scam and he was asked to appear before the CID officials on March 23rd. Chandrababu and ex-minister Narayana are also booked in an SC, ST atrocity case. The High Court slammed the government of Andhra Pradesh for not producing any proofs in the case. The High Court issued a stay in the SC, ST case against Chandrababu Naidu and Narayana. The lawyers representing the AP government revealed that they cannot disclose the facts at this point of time. The lawyers said that they are investigating the matter and will produce the facts soon.

The court questioned about filing a case without any complaint. The court also questioned the government about how the officers can conduct an investigation as per CRDA Section 146. The lawyer representing the CRDA failed to produce the solid proofs and did not have a convincing answer. The lawyers representing Chandrababu and Narayana expressed that there is no farmer who filed a SC, ST case and there are no proofs. The CID officials approached the ex CRDA officials and farmers who donated the lands for the capital. All the farmers disclosed that they are not forced and donated their lands for the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. The High Court issued a stay in the case.
