Telangana Budget 2021-22 Highlights:- Telangana state's Finance Minister T Harish Rao introduced the budget for the year 2021-22 today in the Assembly of the state. The total expenditure of the state is said to be Rs 2,30,825.96 crores and the surplus in the budget is said to be Rs 6743.50 crores. The state's fiscal deficit is Rs 45,509 crores. Harish Rao revealed that the expenditure is estimated to be Rs 1,69,383.44 crores and the capital expenditure is Rs 29,046 crores. Harish Rao said that Rs 5 crores is allocated for every MLA for the development funds of their constituencies. Each MLC gets Rs 800 crores. Here are the allocations:

Rs 610 crores for the construction of the new Telangana Secretariat.
Rs 750 crores is allocated for the land acquisition of Regional Ring Road (RRR) which is announced recently and is approved.
The Forest Department gets allocations of Rs 1276 crores.
Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) gets Rs 3000 crores.
Rs 720 Cr for Endowments Department.
Rs 29,271 crores for Panchayat Raj and Village Development.
Rs 25,000 crores for the agriculture department.
Rs 14,800 crores for Rythu Bandhu and Rs 1200 crores for Rythu Bhima and Rs 5225 crores for the waiver of farm loans.
Rs 1730 crores for animal husbandry.
Rs 16,931 crores for Irrigation.
Rs 1500 crores for agriculture mechanization.
Rs 1200 crores for land survey.
Rs 11,728 crores allocated for Aasara pensions.
Rs 1000 crores allocated for Dalit empowerment.
Rs 5761 crores for Palle Pragathi scheme for villages.
Rs 300 crores for 3 lakh units sheep.
Rs 338 crores allocated for the welfare of handloom workers.
Rs 1000 crores allocated for BC Corporation and Rs 5522 crores for the development of BC welfare.
Rs 1600 crores additionally allocated for minorities.
Rs 3000 crores for self-help groups for interest-free loans.
Rs 11,000 crores for double bedroom houses in Telangana.
Rs 1702 crores for the welfare of women and children.
Rs 500 crores allocated for Pattana Pragathi scheme.
Rs 250 crores for drinking water in Telangana.
Rs 725 crores allocated for the Sunkishala drinking water project.
Rs 200 crores for Musi river cleaning and rejuvenation.
Rs 1000 crores for Hyderabad Metro Rail Project.
Rs 15,030 for Municipal Corporations.
Rs 11,735 crores for the school education.
Rs 6295 crores for the health and medical department.
Rs 2000 crores to renovate the government schools.
Rs 3077 crores allocated for the industrial sector.
Rs 725 crores allocated for Police Department.
Rs 100 crores for new airports of Telangana.
Rs 6465 crores for Home Affairs.
Rs 2363 crores for the department of civil supplies.
Rs 726 crores allocated for Tourism Industry.
