Telangana MP Revanth Reddy Writes to Amit Shah on Life Threat:- Telangana fire brand leader and Congress MP from Malkajgiri, A Revanth Reddy wrote to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah about his life threat. He urged the Union Home Minister to provide security for him from the Central agencies. Revanth Reddy in his letter alleged that he has been facing the threat from the TRS leaders and the party. He also mentioned that he was threatened by KCR in the Telangana state's Assembly. Revanth said that he has been fighting against all the odds in the state from the past six years and against corruption. He mentioned about the various PILs filed in the Telangana High Court over these years.
"I was openly threatened by the Chief Minister in the state's Assembly. His colleagues threatened me through various platforms. I request you to provide four plus four gunmen along with an escort vehicle. Security given by them is nothing but a surveillance on me. My safety is at a higher risk" told Revanth Reddy. He reminded about the latest response received from the Home Ministry on January 4th. Revanth Reddy said that the state is not much bothered about his security and he wanted the central agencies to gaurd him. Revanth Reddy is one active Congress leader in the state who has been protesting against the government and heading for a clash on various issues.
