Good News For H1B Visa Holders Spouses:- The day when the US President Joe Biden signed the order calling for racial equality in the United States, the H4 work permit decision came to revoke the previous proposed rule.

A single word "Withdrawn" on the bureaucratic file delivered a big win for the workers spouses on H1B visas in the United States who have been spent the last four years that their work authorisations would be killed off.

This decision brings to an end to the Trump's plans which have put to an end to previous Barack Obama era regulation in that allowed a section of H1B visa holders spouses to work in the United States.

In 2015, until the summer in United States, the H4 visa holders could not legally hold paid employment. The lawsuits followed as Obama changed them and then Donald Trump's presidency took to a new level on the H4 work permit.
