80,472 New Coronavirus Cases Reported in India: Tally at 62 Lakhs:- The cases of coronavirus are not ready to calm down in the country. After a small decline, the cases reported in the country yesterday are said to be 80,472 and 1179 people passed away in the country in the past 24 hours. The total tally of cases in the country now stands at 62,25,764. The active cases in India are said to be 9,40,441 and 51,87,826  cured or got discharged from coronavirus in the country. The total number of deaths in the country now stands at 97,497 as per the reports from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The total number of samples tested in the country is said to be 7,41,96,729 to date.

Out of these, the samples tested in India yesterday are said to be 10,86,688. Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are the states that are most impacted in the country due to the coronavirus pandemic. The USA is the most impacted country and its President Donald Trump admits that the vaccine for coronavirus will be out in the next few weeks. The recovery rate in the country is 83.01 percent which is the highest in the world. The fatality rate in India is said to be 1.57 percent. Indian Vice President Venkaiah Naidu is tested positive for coronavirus and he is asymptomatic and is currently in home quarantine. As per the report from the Reuters, more than 5400 people die due to coronavirus in every 24 hours.
