12 People Arrested in the Honor Killing Case in Hyderabad:- The honor killing case of Hemanth created a sensation across Hyderabad. Hemanth got married to Avanti in June this year. Hemanth was brutally murdered by the family members of Avanti last night and his mortal remains are located on the outskirts of Sangareddy this morning. Avanti complained against her family members and she explained how she escaped from them before the incident took place. 12 family members of Avanti have been taken into custody this afternoon. Avanti's maternal uncle Vijayendar has been named as the main accused in the case. Vijayender Reddy, Yugandhar Reddy, Rakesh Reddy, Santosh Reddy, Ranjith Reddy, Sandeep Reddy and other family members have been taken into custody.
Avanti said that they barged into her residence and took them forcefully out. Avanti said that the crime was completely planned and executed as per the plan. Avanti wanted the culprits to be hanged when she spoke to the media outside the Osmania Hospital mortuary today morning. Avanti said that she even returned back all the properties on her name to their family members and they have been leading a simple, peaceful life. Avanti could not suspect the trap and she wanted to reunite with her family members and started talking to her cousins for some time. Avanti jumped from a car at Gopanapally and complained in Gachibowli police station.
Yugandhar along with other family members drove Hemanth in his vehicle towards Sangareddy. At Kistagudem village, Yugandhar along with others strangulated Hemanth and killed him. The cops during their primary investigation confirmed that Hemanth died of strangulation and there were injuries on his face. The Cyberabad police arrested 12 people in connection with this case. Yugandhar was traced based on his mobile phone signal and he confessed the crime. He informed about the details about where they disposed of Hemanth's body.
