India Getting Better In Coronavirus Recovery Rate:- India is unstoppable when it comes to the new cases of coronavirus pandemic. The spread is huge all over the country and record number of new cases are registered on a regular basis. The first death in the country started on March 12th and 10,000 deaths are reported in the country in 96 days. The death toll crossed 50,000 mark by August 16th and it took 156 days for the deaths to cross 50,000 mark in the country. USA is leading the list with 1.70 lakh deaths and Brazil stands next with 1.07 lakh deaths. Mexico is in the third place with 56,757 deaths and India is in fourth place with 50,921 deaths.

The death rate in the country is slowly going down though the number of new cases are increasing. The death rate was 3.3% as of June 18th and it reached 2.5% by July 18th. As per the records from August 17th, the death rate stands at 1.9% revealed the Union Health Ministry. A record number of 60,000 new cases are registered on a regular basis in the country. The recovery rate got increased and it stands at 72.5%. The recovery rate was 72% in April and it gradually got increased. Out of the 26.7 lakh cases in the country, 19.19 lakh people got recovered or discharged from coronavirus.
