Trump Administration Has A Relief For H-1B Visa Holders:- The administration of Donald Trump has been strict on H-1B visa holders and imposed several new rules which left many in shock. The administration now relaxed some of the rules for the H-1B holders and it asked them to enter the country if they are returning for the same job they had before the visa ban. The Department of State Advisory revealed that all the dependants along with the spouses and children will be allowed to travel to the USA along with the H-1B visa holders. The Department of State Advisory issued a statement saying "Travel by applicants seeking to resume ongoing employment in the United States in the same position with the same employer and visa classification,".

After conducting a series of meetings, the USA has come to the conclusion that there is a requirement of technical specialists, senior managers and other workers. They are in plans to recruit them through the H-1B visas as there is an immediate need to recover the economy that is shattered because of coronavirus pandemic. Donald Trump, the President of the USA has already signed a proclamation on June 22nd to ban the entry of non-immigrants with H-1B and L1 visas until the end of this year. Trump was keen to protect the Americans who lost their jobs after the arrival of coronavirus pandemic. The USA also allows the visa holders who are working as healthcare professionals and researchers in this tough time.
