Atchan Naidu Sent To Remand For 14 Days:- The arrest of TDP MLA and ex-Minister Atchan Naidu created a sensation across AP politics. He was arrested in his residence yesterday morning and was produced in a special ACB court last evening. The judge allowed 14 days remand and the special court asked him to allow Atchan Naidu to send to hospital considering his health issues. Atchan Naidu underwent surgery recently and was arrested in a day after the surgery. Atchan Naidu is under the medication and the court asked the cops to consider his health situation and do the needful.

Atchan Naidu will be taken to Guntur Hospital if needed for medical help. The ACB court also asked the AP cops to submit all the details about the provided medical facilities to Atchan Naidu. The GGH Superintendent was asked to submit the details. Atchan Naidu was arrested in ESI Scam that took place during TDP's regime. Dr Ramesh Kumar, the A1 in this case is sent to Rajahmundry Subjail. TDP leaders slammed the AP Government for not issuing a warrant against the arrest of Atchan Naidu.
