He congratulated the Indian government which offered 20 lakh crore rupees package. Vijay Mallya also said that he has been repeatedly requesting the government to repay the loan.
"Congratulations to the Government for a Covid-19 relief package. They can print as much currency as they want but should a small contributor like me who offers 100% payback of State-owned Bank loans be constantly ignored?" tweeted Vijay Mallya. His Kingfisher airlines went bankrupt after which Vijay Mallya fled from the country. He filed an appeal in the Supreme Court of UK after he lost the appeal in the London High Court against the extradition to India. The Enforcement Directorate and CBI officials are trying hard to extradite Vijay Mallya to the country.
Congratulations to the Government for a Covid 19 relief package. They can print as much currency as they want BUT should a small contributor like me who offers 100% payback of State owned Bank loans be constantly ignored ? Please take my money unconditionally and close.
