KCR Keen To Extend Lockdown In Telangana:- Telangana has been under strict lockdown and the government is working hard to bring the situations under control. The number of coronavirus cases in the state and in the districts of Telangana slowed down. Telangana Chief Minister KCR announced the lockdown till May 7th in the state and the cabinet will meet today to discuss about the further steps and guidelines to be followed in the state. It is heard that KCR is keen to extend the lockdown for some more time to get full grip and bring situations to control. KCR already collected the feedback from the state officials about the re-opening of wine shops.
Most of them suggested KCR not to open them at this point of time to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The number of cases are increasing across the limits of GHMC and KCR is in plans to focus more on the capital. At the same time, the districts of Telangana too will be kept under the scanner. KCR will also discuss about the ongoing financial crunch in the state because of the coronavirus lockdown. Districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal, Vikarabad will continue to be under strict lockdown as there are several active cases. The officials already discussed about this with KCR and he is said to address this today in the cabinet meeting. The whole state is now eagerly waiting for the announcement of KCR today. The state will have some relaxations in the green and orange zones while strict lockdown will be implemented in red zones of Telangana.
