Telangana Gets 22 New Coronavirus Cases:- The number of coronavirus cases in Telangana saw a huge decline from the past few days. When the state is about to turn coronavirus free, there were 22 new cases in the state yesterday. Three people died yesterday in the state who are undergoing coronavirus treatment. The total number of coronavirus cases in the state is 1038 and 28 people passed away in total. The state has 568 active cases and 442 people are discharged. Telangana Chief Minister KCR conducted a review meeting with the health officials. Health Minister Etala Rajendar too was present. KCR reviewed the situation and the government decided to strictly impose the lockdown measures till May 7th.

Hyderabad is the most impacted region in Telangana as all the districts registered no new cases in the recent times. The total number of cases in the country crossed 35,000 and 73 new deaths are registered in the country. 1993 new cases are registered in the country yesterday as per the reports from the Home Ministry. There are 25,007 active cases in the country and the total death toll reached 1147. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the country on Sunday with the lockdown date coming to an end by May 4th. There are talks that the lockdown would be extended with some restrictions and some reliefs.
