73 New Coronavirus Cases In Andhra Pradesh:- While the number of new coronavirus cases in Telangana saw a huge decline, the new cases continued to grow in Andhra Pradesh. As per the released bulletin from the Health Department, 73 new cases have been registered in a day. The total number of coronavirus cases reached 1332 and 287 people got discharged till date. A 11-month-old baby is tested positive among the 73 positive cases yesterday. 31 people passed away in Andhra Pradesh due to coronavirus. The Health officials clarified that there were no deaths due to coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh yesterday. There are 1014 active cases in Andhra Pradesh.

The districts of Guntur, Kurnool and Krishna districts continued to be on the top with huge number of cases. 7727 samples are tested in the state yesterday. AP Government urged the people not to step out of their homes and stay safe at homes. The whole country is under strict lockdown till May 4th and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make an announcement on May 3rd about the extension of lockdown. AP Government permitted the opening of shops in green zones after the Centre allowed.
