An expectation says that TCS is looking for 75% of its resources working from home by the year 2025. TCS Chief Operating Officer (COO) NG Subramaniam said they already started working for the model which is named as 25/25 model. Subramaniam said that they need employees who are flexible and they need not work from offices.
TCS has 4.48 lakh employees across the globe and 3.55 lakh employees are from India. With the coronavirus outbreak, most of the leading firms have asked their employees to be working from home. During the lockdown, TCS was able to move 90% of its employees to work from home.
