Home Ministry Issues Order To Open All Shops:- The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued orders to re-open all the shops across the country with several conditions. All the shops that are registered under the 'Shops and Establishments Act' of their respective states and union territories will be open from today across India. All the shopping malls and shopping complexes across the country will be closed. The relaxation will not be applicable in red zones, hotspots and containment zones. All the stationery shops, salons, electrical stores and other businesses with limited capacity are allowed to operate and open for public from today.
"All shops registered under the Shops and Establishment Act of the respective State/Union Territory, including shops in residential complexes and market complexes, except shops in multi-brand and single-brand malls, outside the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities, with 50 percent strength of workers with wearing of masks and social distancing being mandatory," said the order of Ministry of Home Affairs. All these shops should be open with 50% strength of workers and they should be wearing masks following social distancing.

The total number of cases in the country stands at 23,452 and 723 people passed away. 4814 people recovered completely from coronavirus. Market spaces, wine shops, single brand malls, shopping complexes, multiplexes, swimming pools and others will remain shut.
