125 Staff Houses In Rashtrapati Bhavan Under Isolation:- The relative of a sanitation worker in Rashtrapati Bhavan has been tested positive with coronavirus. Though the infected is not an employee, she lives in the complex. The daughter-in-law's mother of the sanitation worker died in her village recently and all the family members attended the funeral. The daughter-in-law was tested positive with coronavirus on Monday though the contacts of the family are tested negative. After this incident, the 125 staff houses of Rashtrapati Bhavan are kept in isolation.

“A Covid-19 positive patient from Central Delhi, who was neither an employee of the President's Secretariat nor a resident of the President's Estate, expired on April 13. After contact tracing, it was found that a family member of an employee of the President's Secretariat had been in contact with the deceased,” said the Rashtrapati Bhavan in a statement. All their family members are moved to a quarantine in Mandir Marg. 25 houses of the same block in Rashtrapati Bhavan are under strict isolation.
