Unnao Rape Survivor's Father Murder: Kuldeep Sengar Sentenced 10 Years Prison:- A Delhi Court today announced that Kuldeep Sengar along with six other convicts will be sentenced 10 years of jail term for the murder of Unnao rape survivor's father. The court asked Kuldeep Sengar and his brother Jai Deep to pay Rs 10 lakh each to the family of the victim. The seven persons have been announced convicted on Wednesday and the verdict has been out today. Kuldeep Sengar and his aides are responsible for the death of the father of a woman whom Kuldeep Sengar raped in June 2017.
Kuldeep Sengar has been in jail since December 2019 for raping a minor. The Uttar Pradesh government disqualified the membership of Kuldeep Sengar last month. Cases have been registered under Section 304, 120B, Section 341 and Section 323 against Kuldeep Sengar and his men. The cops Ashok Singh Bhadauria, KP Singh are convicted for registered a false case against the victim's father. The survivor's father has been attacked during the trial when he went to court to attend the hearing. He died in the hospital after five days.
