Iran Fires Dozen Missiles at US Forces in Iraq:- The battle between Iran and USA is turning ugly every single day. Iran staged missile attacks on US-led forces in Iraq early this morning. This is in retaliation for the US drone stirke on the country and on the Iranian commander who was killed last week. This raised fears of a wider war in Middle East. Iranian state television said Iran had fired 15 missiles at U.S. targets in Iraq. The US military was left in shock with the sudden attacks at 1:30 a.m. (2230 GMT on Tuesday). Tehran was not into war and they came to a conclusion after the killing of Qassem Soleimani on Friday.
US President Donald Trump responded on the incident saying that they are yet to know about the damage and casualities from the strikes. Trump visited the base in December 2018. Early reports said that there are no casualities reproted. Iranian state television said 80 "American terrorists" had been killed and U.S. helicopters and military equipment damaged. No evidence was provided as proof for the attacks and their words. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Iran "took & concluded proportionate measures in self-defense under Article 51 of the U.N. Charter".
