High Court Bifurcation Will Have A Hit In YS Jagan's Case:- Finally, the High Court of Telugu states got bifurcated and AP, Telangana will have seperate high courts from New Year. With this, the corruption case against YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy might witness a huge delay for sure. AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu revealed that the division of High Court came when YS Jagan's case is coming to the trial stage. With this division, the judge will be transferred and the trial will start again said Babu.
Chandra Babu called it as a conspiracy by the Centre to save YS Jaganmohan Reddy from his corruption cases. Several illegal investment cases have been registered against YS Jagan and they are currently under investigation. After bifurcation, the AP High Court in Hyderabad served as the common court for both the states from the past four and half years. The new AP High Court will operate from Amaravati as of now till the government constructs a new High Court space in the new capital. As of now High Court will function from the old building of CM's Camp Office.
