Maharashtra Court Has One More Shock For Chandra Babu:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has been left in shock after Maharashtra's Dharmabad court asked the veteran politician to attend before them in connection with the Babli project case which took in 2010. 16 others along with Babu have been given notices and the court asked them to appear before the court on September 21st. However Chandra Babu has been invited by the United Nations (UN) to deliver a keynote address at an event, titled 'Financing Sustainable Agriculture: Global Challenges and Opportunities' which will take place in New York on September 24.
Babu's lawyer attended the court and submitted his statement today before Dharmabad court. The court asked Chandra Babu to attend before the court on October 15th and postponed the argument for the announced date. The court revealed that the Chief Minister should obey the rules and should attend the hearing. Chandra Babu's lawyer explained about his tour programs which have been scheduled much in advance after which the court asked to attend him on October 15th without fail.
