"We're proud to announce that we have signed an MOU with the Andhra Pradesh Govt. & our partner Holitech Technology to manufacture smartphone components in India. This is the 1st time that these components will be made in India, further strengthening our #MakeInIndia initiative. We & our partner Holitech have signed an MOU with AP Govt  to start local manufacturing of 5 components: Camera Modules, TFT Screen, Touch Screen, Flexible Printed Circuits & Fingerprint Sensors.

This is the result of Global Supplier Summit in April, in which 50 key suppliers came to India. If all 50 partners start local manufacturing, it can lead to INR 15,000+ Cr. investment and 50,000+ jobs. Holitech is the first among them! We started manufacturing phones in India 3 years ago. Today we have 6  plants & have also started manufacturing PCBAs.Hoping to convert India into a global manufacturing hub" said Manu Kumar Jain in his statement.
