The apex court even asked BS Yeddyurappa to file a reply. After this Karnataka Governor Vaijubhai Vala invited Yeddyurappa to form the government in the state. The decision was taken on the basis of being the leader of single-largest party in the state. BJP got 104 seats out of 224 and there will be no special guests from the Centre for the swearing ceremony. Governor gave 15 days to prove his majority in the state Assembly and Congress objected the time given for BJP.
