IMD Issues Warning For New Delhi And Haryana:- With summer temperatures bringing the heat all over and dust storms creating a havoc across UP and Rajasthan, thunderstorms are now creating tough times across North India. The Indian Meteorological Department predicted heavy rains across the circles of New Delhi and Haryana along with other states. All the states have been alerted and schools across Haryana, Himachal Pradesh remained closed with the prior warnings.
All deputy commissioners and sub-divisional magistrates have been alerted. Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh will continue to experience thunderstorm for the next 24 hours. The impact of thunderstorm will be less in the states of Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana and north Rajasthan. The wind speed is said to be 50-70 km/hour across the warned states. The national capital New Delhi woke up with a cloudy morning and has predictions of rain.
