Sridevi's Last Rites Performed: Fans Attend In Lakhs:- Veteran actress Sridevi breathed her last on Saturday night in Dubai and after wrapping up all the formalities, her mortal remains reached the country last night. Sridevi's family members released the schedule of her last rites that took place today in Mumbai. Fans gathered in lakhs and they waited for hours to see their favourite actress for the one last time. The Maharastra Government decided to accord the actress with state honours at the funeral which took place today.
Her body has been kept at the Celebrations Sports Club for people to pay their last respects. The final journey commenced at 2 PM and the cremation took place in the evening at Vile Parle Seva Samaj Crematorium and Hindu Cemetery at S.V. Road in Vile Parle west, Mumbai. Several film celebrities, businessmen, politicians from all over the country paid their last respects for the legendary actress and most of the fans have been spotted in tears and they carried flowers to pay respect for their favourite actress.
It may be a surprise, but all the Bollywood celebrities right from the veterans to the young actors dedicated their time to pay the last respects for the legendary actress. Sridevi will be never there before and after. An actress who will be remembered forever till Indian cinema lives. Her exceptional work for Indian cinema will be remembered.
