Modi's Wife Suffers Minor Injuries: Rajasthan Road Accident:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's wife Jashodaben got injured after her car meet with a road accident in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan today. Jashodaben suffered minor injuries and she has been rushed to a private hospital. A retired school teacher by profession, Jashodaben stays in Brahmanwada which is 35km away from Modi's hometown Vadnagar. Jashodaben has been doing fine and her family members have been beside her.

Jashodaben got married to Narendra Modi in 1968 however Modi did not officially acknowledge this marriage until 2014 during a campaign. Jashodaben continues to identify herself as wife of Narendra Modi. The accident took place after her Innova car rammed into a truck near Chittor. One of her relative Basant Bhai died on the spot and the driver Jayendra sustained major injuries. The family was travelling from Atru in Baran to a place called Unjha Gujarat.
