Airline Ban: JC Approaches High Court:- TDP senior leader and MP, JC Diwakar Reddy is known for his controversial statements and harsh public behaviour. The senior politician landed into troubles several times in the past and preferred not to be bothered about the public opinion. Right after joining TDP, JC Diwakar Reddy has been uttering words on his co-leaders and he preferred to attack YS Jagan several times. He has been into deep troubles recently after an airline company refused to board his flight because of his late entry. Because of harsh behaviour with the airline staff, all the domestic airline companies imposed ban on the TDP MP.
JC Diwakar Reddy still was not in a mood to compromise and he made some sensational comments on them before he flew to Paris for a holiday. Now slowly after returning back, JC Diwakar Reddy approached the High Court on banning him by the airlines. He requested the High Court to declare banning him illegal and he asked the court to order the airlines to permit him travelling in all the domestic flights in the country. He mentioned the whole episode as tainted and he asked the so called airline company to file a complaint or a FIR at the local police station instead of banning him across the country.
JC Diwakar Reddy even revealed that he has no other option to travel at this age and he requested the court to grant permissions from the airlines. Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju reviewed the issue and announced that JC Diwakar Reddy made a mistake.JC Diwakar Reddy revealed that he is 73-years old now and he needs to travel frequently across the country for political engagements. JC Diwakar Reddy even mentioned that the ban was against the rights of the constitution. JC Diwakar Reddy even pleaded the court that it goes against the guidelines framed by the director general of civil aviation especially since he is not proven guilty.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu has been completely unhappy with the issue and asked JC to resolve the issue at the earliest. He even asked JC to seek the help of Ashok Gajapathi Raju and solve it before it turns out to be a damage for the party. With elections inching, Babu wants all the party members and leaders to stand away from controversies. JC on the other hand is not in a mood to apologize untill the court directs him to do so. We have to wait and see how High Court responds.
